09-00 Irkutsk hotel pick up by car/minivan.
09-30 Transfer to Listvyanka village along Baikal Track.
10-30 Stop at Taltsy, a wooden architecture museum in the open air, and admire the 300 beauties of larch timber erected around 64 hectares of Taiga woods on the picturesque bank of the Angara River.
12-00 Lunch at an old tea house on the premises of the museum. Pancakes and borsch will make the rest of your day (paid extra).
13-00 Further transfer to Listvyanka Village. Stop on the legendary Shaman Rock at the mouth of the Angara River. This rock is a subject of many popular legends and myths about Baikal Lake and Angara river, besides it is one of the main symbols of Baikal Lake. According to one legend father Baikal threw this rock after his daughter to prevent her from running away without his permit to her beloved Yenisey.
13-30 Water transfer (in summer) or Snowmobile ride (in winter) to the first of over 30 Circum Baikal Road tunnels built in 1900-1904 in a rush to fix the line in the forthcoming Russian-Japanese war of 1904.
14-00 Arrival and 7 km hike along the Circum Baikal Road track towards Port Baikal settlement.
17-00 Free time at Port Baikal settlement with a visit to a railroad station museum if open*
17-45 Boarding the ferry to Listvyanka Rogatka Pier
18-00 Arrival and return to Irkutsk by car/minivan.
